REFUND TERMS

      We strive to deliver every product in sound condition and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all users. If you feel unsatisfied with the received goods for legitimate reasons, you may initiate a return application in accordance with the following specifications. All returned items are required to remain in intact, unused and unaltered status, with all original accessories and outer packaging properly preserved. We will conduct relevant verification procedures for each return request as promptly as possible. Any abnormal damage, missing parts or damaged packaging caused by improper personal storage or use may result in the failure of return approval. We reserve the right to make reasonable judgment on the eligibility of each return application based on the actual condition of the goods.
      Return time: Within 30 days after receiving the items.
      We will refund as soon as we see normal logistics.
